Currently we have 13 schemes in operation, offering a combined capacity of 115 placements including outreach. The schemes are all located in the North London, North West & East London area.

In addition, our Community Outreach service can cater for unlimited numbers of users.

From intensive through to moderate levels of care and support all our services are based on a thorough individual assessment of user needs and risks, the findings from which are drawn together in comprehensive support plans to ensure that services are tailored and SMART and our interventions accountable.

All service users are allocated a named Key Worker, who has lead responsibility for coordinating the programme of care and for the service users general welfare.

We work in close partnership with a range of external multi-disciplinary professionals to ensure that our services, including the assessment and support plan are holistic and provided in a joined-up and user friendly manner.

Our robust quality assurance processes mean that we maintain an ongoing assessment of all our user’s, ensure periodic reviews of all support plans and provide at least 8-weekly reports to relevant professionals and family against all areas of the support plan to keep everyone appraised on progress.

Additionally, all Assessments & Individual Support Plans are subject to a full formal review at least annually.

Most of our schemes are staffed 24 hours a day and all services are supported by a 24 hour 365 day a year on-call service provided by senior managers.

We also employ a clinical supervisor who is available for consultation and direct work with staff and service users as needed.

The company head office is situated in Enfield Town, which is the base for the Managing Director, Director of Operations, Director of Compliance, Quality and Talent, Projects and Clinical Supervisor, as well as administration and finance staff, all of whom work across the company’s schemes.
