The new look Maison Moti
7 Oct 2008
This website is part of Maison Moti’s new company identity, launched in October 2008 and developed over the past 12 months together with consultants from Archipelago.
We feel that the new brand, logo, strap line and overall look is one that better reflects what Maison Moti stands for as a company and the services that we provide – we hope that you will agree!
The development of the identity has provided an opportunity for us at Maison Moti to step back and take stock of how the company has evolved over the years and to reflect on the successes as well as on some of the areas where we have not been as strong.
This has led us to refocus certain service priorities and make some changes in the way that we deliver services, quality assure them and communicate and implement changes.
We have attempted to encapsulate some of these changes in the information provided in this website and the Service Specifications and Service User Guides, which we hope you will enjoy reading.
If you have any feedback, suggestions or comments we would be grateful if you would take the time to let us know because we want to make sure that the information what we have provided is what you are looking for.

The development of our Floating Support Service
1 Oct 2008
In the summer of 2007 Maison Moti Ltd opened the doors to a new property consisting of 5 self contained studio flats in Palmers Green named Studio Moti as part of our existing floating support service to facilitate the move on of existing and new service users.
Studio Moti is progressing well and we are pleased to announce that on the 3rd August 2009 Maison Moti officially opened it's doors to a similiar newly refurbished project named Moti Haus at 106 Mattison Road in Haringey.
Moti Haus is an additional floating support service to allow our service users to move on to their independence when they are ready. It is a 6 bed unit that for the first time has an on site office allowing staff to provide a more efficient outreach service for clients here and at Studio Moti. Moti Haus service users were able to choose their flats and there are now currently only 3 remaining.
Moti Haus has attracted attention from other service users at our shared and supported housing units and also from the social services. We are confident that it will not be long until service users from our outreach support move on to their own independent unsupported flats.

Staff information sharing events
1 Sep 2008
Maison Moti held the first of what is planned to be ongoing all- staff events in August where there was open discussion about the work of the company and consultation on planned developments. The aim of these events are to promote staff participation and ownership.
We are pleased to report increased staff involvement and innovation in activities to further improve Maison Moti’s services which we know has resulted as a direct outcome of the events in August. Whilst there is more work to be done we feel that there is a marked improvement in communication at all levels and a renewed commitment and drive to work together to improve and innovate.
The senior management team would like to thank all Maison Moti’s staff for their contributions and ongoing commitment.
